The Gallery

Five (5) hour event includes ceremony, reception and cocktail hour, three (3) hours of set up time prior to event, and one (1) hour of tear down time immediately post event

A one (1) hour rehearsal the Thursday before your wedding

Guest Tables & Chairs: 60” round tables, mahogany Chivari chairs, cocktail tables, sweetheart or head table, cake table, gift and guest registry table, DJ and buffet tables

Complimentary parking for up to 300 guests

A Gallery Venue Manager will be present during your event to oversee the venue

Up to two (2) police officers will be on site for all events. For events in excess of 300 guest, additional security officers will be required at an additional cost

The Gallery staff will setup all tables and chairs for your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception according to the floor plan provided, as well as accept deliveries of rental items during your setup time. The Gallery staff will also tear down all tables and chairs, as well as handle all cleanup and trash removal during the one (1) hour tear down time

Bar & Beverage Service

Open consumption for four (4) continuous hours of event time

House selections of vodka, rum, tequila, gin, whiskey and scotch

Bar mixers; cranberry, pineapple and orange juices & Margarita mix

Fresh lemons and limes

Club soda and tonic water

Non-alcoholic & beer and wine bar

Champagne flutes, rock goblets, water goblets, red and white wine glasses

Beverage napkins and bar garnishes

One (1) bartender and one (1) bar back will be provided for every 75 guests

Complimentary second bar for events larger than 175

All beverage permits and additional insurance coverage
